Lost POL ID, need S-E's e-mail!!!!!

HI! I have forgotten my POL ID and need to contact Square Enix.
When contacting them on the official site you need the POL e-mail address and since I don't have access to POL I won't be able to check the mails. I need a e-mail address from Square-Enix! I can't telephone them since I live in Europe.
