Spider-man 3... extended footage...

NBC's website is showing exclusive footage from the upcoming Spider-man 3 film due out in May 4th, 2006.

There are file sizes to choose from, both in Quicktime HD.

Better hurry because it will be taken down today, March 6th at 9 pm PT.

Basically, this footage is about...

First off, this starts off with Peter and M.J. both laying down on a spider-web, and Peter tells M.J. he loves her.

Cut to Peter knocking on Aunt May's door. She opens it and he looks serious. Aunt May thinks something is wrong, but then Peter tells her he asked M.J. to marry him.
Once inside her apartment, Aunt May starst telling Peter about her engagement with his uncle. Aunt May then gives Peter her engagement ring so he can give to M.J.

Cut to Peter swinging, and out of nowhere, Green Goblin comes and starts pounding on Peter, knocking him into a building. Green Goblin reveals himself saying, "You know this was coming, Peter!"

Harry seems to have an update version of the green suit.

Peter tries to tell Harry, "I didn't kill your father. He tried to kill me, he killed himself!"

Harry of course didn't buy it, and continue attacking Peter.

Eventually, Peter loses control of the ring Aunt May gave him, and while he tries to get it back using his web, he gets him from behind by Green Goblin. He is using a new, faster glider.

He eventually gets the ring back. While doing so, Green Goblin starts hurling flying pumpkin-shaped razor weapons at Peter while chasing him through a narrow alley. Peter knocks them down throwing web shots, and manages to grab one of them and throw it back at Green Goblin, stabbing him in the chest. While Green Goblin tries to take it out of his chest, he runs into a clothesline Peter made with his web, knocking Green Goblin off his glider, sending him crashing into pipes, walls, trash cans, and eventually landing on the floor of the alley.

Harry is unconscious, and Peter tries to revive him, as the scene fades away.

Then brief shots of the movies are shown, as well as a very very brief shot of Venom at the very end.
