I thought so too,BUT for the past week they have been processing and just sittin' there.It's impossible to use the actual support area unless you have an alienware compooter............

Zeligru... a philosophical question.... If every forum you go to you see InuTrunks and think he's spends alot of time on the computer, then wouldn't that mean you have to spend alot of time on the computer as well to notice he's there?

Unless you're willing to sit on the phone with Alienware for HOURS to solve your problem, check the website. Currently I have two Alienware laptops and each purchase was like pulling teeth. They've got good products, customer service leaves much to be desired.

Yes,I'm on the computer alot.I check all the time every day.2!YOU HAVE 2!?!I find that amazing.You are a god to me now.My dad has some crap...I meant to say a Dell.Why on Earth did you need 2 from a different planet?How good are they?What kind are they?I'm sorry I'm an Alienware freak and would give my legs for one.

Ewww, I hate Alienware, they are overpriced crap. I can build my own for atleast 1/4 the cost.

Hmm, My uncle is the head Engineer at Dell

Though honestly it completly surprised me to find out he worked there or even works period. Most of the time when I see him he's always at home, surprised me one day when I saw him leaving saying he "felt" like working today. The damn bastard gets to choose when he wants to work, that's so messed up
