Thanks to all this fun holiday pay I'm getting for Memorial day, I can actually afford to splurge on buying the new CE to add to my collection and cash in on all these fun goodies. I'm pumped.

I figured that she's nude, but you can't see her "lady parts" so better spoiler it just to be safe. And I didn't even notice the "manliness" Aeni talked about until looking at it a second time... still seems feminine enough to me. The artist broke the cardinal rule though - you never ever draw women with straight lines, only curves.


I'm a little annoyed SE isn't posting the stats on the Moogle Cap though... I mean, is it going to be another retarded item like with the Onion Helm where it only works up to a certain level? I'm also a bit miffed they haven't updated the other gear either; Hermes Sandals are largely useless now thanks to Sprint, and there's still no help text on the item itself like in XI indicating when the enchantment will be usable again.

LOVE the artwork to death, all of it - Gaius on the cover, the new Amano artwork (though I do still love the original CE box as well) I'm sorely tempted to buy the CE again just for the other goodies, but I'm really tight on money right now >_<

So I was about to preorder ARR with Best Buy, but I'm not seeing a Collector's Edition offered. What do i not get if i go with the standard pre-order game as opposed to the Collector's Edition? And where do i need to go to pre-order the collectors edition?

If that's not enough reasons to actually purchase the physical ARR CE, then consider this:
