I'm wondering if it's even worth spending away these seals on rank upgrades. If 2.0 is a clean slate on the Grand Companies, then I'm wasting seals.

I'm hearing Judge Gabranth all over again (Final Fantasy XII) and Eorzea reminds me of Ivalice as you can superimpose Archadia over Garlean.

From my recent questing. Do note that this is not restricted to Limsa Lominsa as I believe that this may be the portion of the main story available to everyone in the game.

I wondered if there was anything beyond 100% HQ chance. Whelp ... no ... there isn't. 1,000 quality is the max so you can easily calculate your chances of an HQ. Somehow, though, I miss the +3 on quantity >.>
