Hello all my fellow THFs, I have a quandary here and would like to have your opinions on it. =)
Okay, I'm a Galka lvl 30 WAR, lvl 20 THF, lvl 26 PLD... and I *desperately* need some RSE for my pld (most importantly, RSE gloves). I want to go to Gusgen mines and try to get a magical pattern when it's my time of the week, but I'm wondering how exactly I should go about this problem...
Okay first off, I think I'll be able to have a lvl 30 RDM friend of mine help me... which means some healing, sneak, invis, etc etc if necessary. So basically the question I'm wondering is: Should I go with my lvl 30/15 war/thf and fight stuff for keys? Or should I go with my lvl 20/10 thf/war and try to use a THF key to open a chest (with sneak+invis from RDM I think)?
If I get the most expensive key (I think skeleton key is 3.5k in AH), can a lvl 20 THF use it effectively: i.e. be able to open the chest almost 100% in Gusgen mines? Also, will that chest always have a magical pattern if it's Galka RSE week? If so, this may be the best solution...
If not, can a lvl 30 war and lvl 30 RDM duo the mobs necessary for gusgen mine key, and still safely be able to find the chests? I believe the chests are only on lvl 1 and 3 of Gusgen mines, and I'm not exactly sure how hard the mobs are there...
Well, that's a lot of questions for a relatively stupid problem. I hope that someone will be nice enough to try to help me here... if not, thanks for your time. m(._.)m
