Also, thunderspark can MB, also ive seen light spirits casting raise, idk if it can cast raise on u when u die if u have it out but that would be interesting and quite cool

A light spirit couldn't cast raise on the SMN that summoned it, ever. Avatars/spirits disappear when the SMN is charmed or dies.

I call BS. I've never, ever seen nor heard of any one getting a Light Spirit to cast Raise (and I know a lot of SMNs who've tried to make them do just that).

i have to say, that i have never heard or seen my light spirit, cast raise also, i will test it out again though, since i know how to make my light spirit target party members, but i don`t see it working though

I've tested in dozens of times, and light spirit has never casted raise. I might test some more in the far future, but no one I have ever talked to has had light spirit cast raise.

I do wish SE would let light spirit cast Raise 2 though, even if it's a later level than white mage gets it. I also wouldn't want smn to be able to use Raise 3.

i also think higher Tier Regen should be also enabled with Light Spirit

Higher tier Regen is not on Light Spirit, I'm 75 and the only Regen that I recieve is Regen I.

i know, im lvl 67 also, but would be great if they did get regen II and III, since i really think regen at higher lvls is a waste of a spell from Light spirit.

But in case some one doesn`t know what spells they can cast here it is

Just a note, your Light Spirit CAN use the highest available Curaga spell on another PT in your alliance.

Does it cast diaIII now? I have only seen dia II from it. If a spirit does start casting a new spell though, it means they're about to add it to the game. Just like when light spirit started casting banishIII 2 months before it was added to the game.

On the raise 2 and 3 thing, that wouldn't be a good idea. Only white mages have access to raise 2 and 3 for a reason. If we had higher raises then people would not have any penalty for inviting summoner as a healer, same with rdm. They're basically saying if you die and you don't have a whitemage in your group, "Thats too bad"

only carbuncle; and even that is after you get level 30 and finish the summoner job quest.

You can if you have another job levelled to 70+, but if you don't, then you're stuck with Carbuncle until at least level 20.

To acquire summons without levelling Summoner, you have to acquire enough fame in each city to get the prime avatar quest, then travel to the Cloister and defeat the Prime Avatar (on any job). I've got all summons other than Diabolos and my SMN is still level 1.

You can get any avatar before level 20 by tagging along on the 60 avatars with a high-level party--you don't have to be a summoner to get a whisper. I'm not sure (because I didn't attempt it), but I've heard you can get the Mini-Tuning Forks before 20th...maybe like 18th, but you'd probably die..
