Came from a post in the screenshot thread by Basher so credit goes to him, but I couldnt passing up the best gear for rangers in the game so it seems.
Info I got from other players said different people can use it excluding ranger but I think Ill go with the screenshots.

Drops off god mobs.

Byakko

Location: Ru'Aun Gardens, (E-5)
Condition: Trade "Gem of the West" and "Autumnstone" to the "???" spot
Drops: Seal of Byakko, Byakko's Haidate, Byakko's Axe, Zephyr, various materials that are acquired from other NMs.

Genbu
-------
Location: Ru'Aun Gardens (J-5)
Condition: Trade "Gem of the North" and "Winterstone" to the "???" spot
Drops: Seal of Genbu, Genbu's Kabuto, Genbu's Shield, Arctic Wind, NMs materials

Seiryu

Location: Ru'Aun Gardens (L-8)
Condition: Trade "Gem of the East" and "Springstone" to the "???" spot
Drops: Seal of Seiryu, Seiryu's Kote, Seiryu's Sword, East Wind, NMs materials

Suzaku

Drops: Kirin's Osode, Kirin's Pole, Abjuration

In order to acquire the various season stones you have to beat the NMs: Faust, Mother Globe(Earth?), Olla Grande, Ullikummi.

In order to acquire the various direction gems you have to beat the NMs: Zipacna, Steam Cleaner, Brigandish Blade, Despot.

those look like really great gears... but a lot of it is not geared towards ranger use unfortunately.

my ideal gear is:

Francasca (+7 ranged atk/acc)
2x Drone Earring
1x peacock charm/spectacles
2x behemoth rings (+11 range acc each)
1x ammemit mantle +1 (+15 range attk)
Euryto's Bow
R.K. Belt
Hunter's Jerkin (+10 range acc)
Crimson Finger Gauntlet or Seiryu's Kote
Scout's Socks (+10 range acc)
Scout's Braccae (+7 rance acc)

and don't know what i want for head, Hunter's Beret maybe...

of course, i'll just keep on dreaming about most of this stuff ;p

the RNG "JSE"(they share it with thf so it sucks for both lol) hat is nice +7rng acc/+7 acc and looks better than stupid fungus hat.
