GRRR 2nd part of quest not working

Ok I gave the revival root part........but now Im clicking on both question marks really fast and it says...........there is nothing at the sand question mark????

I clicked on the water question mark then ran over to the sand one really quick over.........and over..........nothing

Sounds like you are talking about the part in the Ordelle Caves. Did you make sure to get the quest? After turning in the Revival Tree Root and getting your Spatha reward, you have to talk to Balasiel again to initiate the next part of the quest. In the cave, it really is as easy as clicking on the water and then clicking on the sand spot nearby. I'm not sure what else could be causing the problem.

Make sure you unequip your weapon and or shield...

I am having trouble with that too... I can't find the waterfall or the the other ??? spot.... I checked the guides and still can't find it...

unequipping the weapons and shields r not for this quest. u r fine w/ them put on.

if u indded activated the quest by talking to the old guy, like Pilsbane said, it's simply u gotta do it quicker. r u running straight to the ??? after u check the ??? by the water? if not, it's likely u r too late to check ???.

Avenger the two spots are in the same room, maybe 20 feet apart. When you enter Ordelle Caves take a right, go down, then take another right. At level 30 nothing should attack you if you go the correct way.

LOL. at lvl 30 i aggro'd the whole room. fortunately they weren't hitting very hard. anyone who can tell me how a lvl 30 can get through davoi would be greatly appriciated (3rd part of the quest)

The only things I aggroed in Ordelles were the shriekers in the waterfall room.. nothing else along the way.

If I remember correctly, the 2nd ??? is behind this stalagmite/stalactite (whichever is the one that pops up from the floor)...

For Davoi just get a whm to invisi/sneak.

The Shrieker aggroed me at lvl 29 and kicked my ass, even though it checked Decent Challenge to me. Used 2hr and everythin'.

Thankfully there was a high lvl DRK there the 2nd attempt so I had no problem.

I actually started the first quest at lvl 12, I think. Then the 2nd at lvl 28. The 3rd requires 30 though. :p
