anybody know what the stats are for the ninja at lvl cap? and i hear they are raising the lvl cap to 99 do you guys have any guesses what the stats will be at that point?

lol. Everyone can already use Utsusemi: Ni. Where have you been since Ni was known to be lvl 37? Its been abused ever since.
