I need some opinions on weapons

Ok I was looking for new weapons, currently Im using Bastokian Knuckles which have way too much delay ..., Well I was thinking either Kingdom Cesti's or Tropical Punches
But The Kingdom Cesti's have +4 Damage, +33 Delay, +2 Fire +3 Accuracy and +3 Attack
The Tropical Punches have +1 Damage, +0 Delay +10 Accuracy


Now which one do you think is best?
