40 levels on BLM in a week is pushing it, even with constant PLs. It's summer. Go outside and get some fresh air.

That said, anyone who thinks Wizard's Gloves are useless has no idea what a BLM really is. The rest of the pieces are marginal, but the gloves are godly.

Anyways, I've always thought that elemental+ magic as well as enminity- on the AF's are worth it. If you have too much Int, you'd end up pulling too much hate, and need to balance it out with -enminity armor. Finding a balance is key unless you just want to sub /NIN. Tarutaru's naturally have more +int anyways. (or well it always seems like that's the case with me.)

Since this thread has been brought back from the dead, I will say for all future Blm's... Your AF is extremely important. The hat you can easily wear the rest of your Blm career. The body is a macro peice for all enfeebling magic spells, (Sleeps, Gravity, Bind,Silence etc., all of which are important while soloing/end-game activities). Hands are plain awesome for leveling and vital in an elemental magic set-up for HNMs and such. Pants are also a macro piece for dark magic spells (Bio, Drain, Aspir and Stun). The boots are the least useful but the -interuption rate + Aquaveil is great for when you are casting while getting hit during solo play. I would highly recommend getting them as soon as they are available.

I know I just restated what previous posters have said but wanted to clarify a few things.

cough cough you can lv up from 1-40 in 2weeks if you have 5-8 hrs a day to play and from 40-60 in another 2 weeks if taking breaks thats full af eligible in a month i beleve you

yea, thats cool, i love how the AF armor looks
but, also, im only lvl 7...and people have told em that i wont be looking like that in a LONG time....which sucks..cus i want a cool BLM hat! o well...
