Once every hour or so mischarm on black Mandy is about the same as how much I mischarm.
How much CHR boost do you have?
I believe there is some kind of cap even for accuracy boost.
I should consider getting less CHR boost and more of other boosts.

+5 panther mask, +5 trainers gloves, +6 HQ corsette, +4 af legs. And an Apollo staff. Then every once in awhile i will go with the +5 chr ring. So its +20-25.

Other then Apollo staff im not sure what other boosts we can use. What we think for Charm is just a theory with a few odd results. But its hard to duplicate it in a game that puts alot of its weight in the random generator. If anything maybe picking up more +charm gear if your gonna fight mobs that require you to use toughs to bring them down.

I wouldnt doubt if acc as well as other stats cap in the same lvl range of +20-25. An just because you can stack gear to give you +30 to +100 extra bonus isnt what it was ment to do. Only improve the different armor choices one can mix an match.

Pretty much at 75 the +45 is overkill. Im starting to believe alot of the stat bonus cap at +20 to +25. On black Mandy's i think i mischarm once every hour or so give or take. An thats with little to no rest. An i have a third of the +chr you have..

Looks like you shouldn't have problems charming in your Beast Helm; I have a very similar setup and have no problems with Charm success with my Helm on. Just based on gut feeling, I think I've hit the point of diminishing returns somewhere in the +20-25 CHR range.

Yeah once you go beyond 20 to 25. I dont think we get any other bennifet from it. I have an odd story though. Awhile back we were lvling on the dhamels in the Bay. MY buddy an i had on the same amount of Chr, The only difference was he was wearing the bison pants. I actually ended up with more mischarms then he had.. Then when we moved onto the black mandys, same thing happened. he wore the bison jacket, an i ended up with more mischarms. I chalk it up to this game being random. But not my buddy he thinks Charm has hidden effects.

Who knows maybe not only does Charm effect duration. But also gives the BSt better influence over the mob.

i have some trouble to decide over if i should use the beast helm or my nobles ribbon for my charm gear. as it is now i still have ribbon in the macro but considering the beast helm for Charm +4 over chr +3. Any opinions? What would you do?

Sounds like to me from a later post you have more then enough Chr. I myself junked the ribbon for the AF helmet.

that should be more than enough +chr to charm just about anything you would normally try to charm.

i like to keep my bst helm on because it looks cool on a taru :p

if you are worried about losing some chr, eat some tuna sushi to boost you +5chr.

You'll want to at least have the Beast Helm on hand so you can macro it in when you use Tame (it increases Tame success rate).

You can either choose to conserve pack space and carry just the Beast Helm, or carry both and switch between the two depending on your circumstances. If you are solo exp'ing, then charm duration usually isn't an issue. However, if you decide to charm a mob while doing some other activity, then the extra charm duration might be benficial (and if you're charming something lower than your level, then the +CHR from Bird Whistle is probably overkill anyway).

+CHR affects your ability to Charm whereas +Charm affects the duration of your charm. So, if you can still Charm fairly reliably without your Noble's Ribbon, then by all means use your Beast Helm (some extra duration can't hurt). It all depends upon what your Charm gear looks like; Light/Apollo's Staff?, How much +CHR?
