You've got a few weeks to see what's cheap on lakshmi and expensive on cerb so you can carry an armful with you when you go.

Im a new <returning/newb> player, altho im on valefor. Is this still world passes that can be bought with gil that could transfer my character over? if so, id love to join a ls. tried three servers in as many days, dont really feel like deleting my character again;;

World Passes may only be used with new characters. There is currently no way to transfer an existing character to another server using a World Pass.

However, one can now request a server transfer through Playonline Viewer. There is a fee associated with this and you must remain at your new server for a minimum of 90 days before requesting another server change.

I just finished replying to your post on the Valefor sub-forum XD

Anywho... yes there is still the option to change servers, although it has changed. You no longer switch servers through the POL server, you now have to go through your Square Enix Account Managment System. Considering how many time's I've hopped, I have a fair bit of experience in this area.

Either way, like I said in your other post... if you're of a high level and do not wish to loose your progress, you can do a server hop for a nominal (see also: total ripoff) fee of $25.00. Your other choice is to re-roll a new character and start from scratch. Whatever option you choose, if you wind up on Cerberus... give Squiggs a shout. His LS caters to people just like you.

crap;, 25 bucks is more than what the entire game cost me off steam lol. If you guys are active, and there is people to level with and help me get my subjob and all those quests i can remember about ffxi that totatlly sucked if you were alone i think i could reroll.

Hello! This LS sounds pretty much exactly like what I need.
I'm definitely an off-and-on FFXI player. I've always wanted to really play FFXI (as opposed to merely level grinding), but I've never had a regular group of people to play with. Play FFXI --> Get frustrated that I can't do anything by myself --> Quit FFXI --> Have nostalgia set in. Repeat.

My highest job is a 51 whm. I don't mind helping out however I can, I just don't know how much I can do!

So, I hope you don't mind me looking for you guys in-game! My character's name is Kehira. If you spot me, please feel free to say 'hello!'

Thought I responded to this, may be because of the server problems. Anyway, look me up. I probably won't be back till Sunday or Monday night at this point, but any of the others will probably be around most of the weekend.

Returning play from back in the day...the day of lvl 50 cap. Just grabbed the $10 sale edition. Everything is loaded and I'm already grinding/enjoying this game again. I rolled on Cerebus but couldn't find anyone from your LS Squiggs.

I'll be around from about 8ish tonight until I go to bed. Look for Nivian, Dharme, Kaetien, Skyre, or Italo. One of them should be on.
