Re: HDD error
I also have the same problem as well. By clicking on the Network Connection Information it says that I don't have a Global IP Address and also that my UPnP Portmap(Settings) is disable.
It's all about networking but I don't know how to go about it. If anyone was able to get assistance from SE [or from some where else] please do reply.

Re: HDD error
I'd start with a reinstall, and work your way down from there.

Re: HDD error
Could you please ask them for me? I would rather not take any drastic actions, and if my computer goes the only thing I will be able to use is a 8-year old Laptop family computer instead of my 4-year old Desktop.Originally posted by Kafeen View PostWierd a couple of people in my LS had the same problem. Not sure what they did to fix it though, maybe reinstall.

Re: HDD error
I'd back up data first, before attempting to defragment a drive which may be in midst of self-destruction ...

Re: HDD error
try defragging it first to see if that helps any if not you might have to bite the bullet and format it

Re: HDD error
Yeah, I checked the files for both FFXI and PoL. Both turned up saying everythign was A-OK. Should I check them for Tetramaster to? It seems completely unralated and I never use it...
How do I check if my HDD has gone bad?

Re: HDD error
Not sure about this, I'm a complete noob at this sort of thing, but have you tried the "Check files" option?
