Help coming back!

Ok im finaly desiding that i want to come back to this game after a few years of being pissed off at the entire..if you dont have your pol id you have to buy a new game entirely and yada yada..(this is after me not being able to log in for @ and a half months and them STILL BILLING ME!) no i did not get my money back...

But anyway the urge is strong in me to come back to this game..this time i will WRITE DOWN my ID
I did have a question...i keep getting this POL -0011 error..whats that all about? is the game down? or do i have to change something in my settings?

The registration servers are undergoing maintenance at the moment.
