problems in kazham

every time i try to go to nomad moogle or weather checker in kazham, i tend to fall through the planks. i had made gm calls and sent complaints to service and support but the problems still exist. i know other people that have the same problems.

i use a nvdia aeolus geforce fx5200, which i put in my computer right after ffxi was released.

i did not have the kazham problems until recently.
