Hi, sorry if this has been asked before. But I'd like to try and recover my old JP content ID so I filled the form out on Japanese playonline.com and I got this screen (attached, sorry its a bit blurry). Can someone translate for me?

Also, I'm not sure if I deleted the actual character or not before cancelling the content ID (it was so long ago) but does anyone know if that would make a difference? So even if I deleted the character, would it be revived?

it's basically says your char does not exist and you're not able to use make use of the 2nd part of the campaign. They ask you to contact them if you have further questions.
