Re: Random FFXI-related chat

Only 53 minutes to go for the update to be complete and 8-12 days until Seekers of Adoulin arrives from the UK~

For anyone still struggling with the update, here's a link to a mirror of the update files: http://i.kazy.in/March27Update.rar
Seems legit. Worked for me. Just extract to your ffxi folder and you'll get to skip downloading all but about 12 files.

Big surprise, Rune Fencer can wear it.

I'll probably edit this post as soon as I can translate my seething rage into something legible.

Re: Random FFXI-related chat

It's like the old fishing system. Theoretically a low-leveled digger can get a high level item, but the chances are much lower, and at amateur digging rank you have to wait 14 seconds between attempts. You're probably better off pursuing another method.

Re: Random FFXI-related chat

do you need any experience what so ever to dig these up? Never done choco dig

Re: Random FFXI-related chat

Never thought chocobo digging skill would come in handy again. I've pulled up 5 petrified logs so far. Prices are already jacked up over 100k on these things. Who knows where it's going to stop.

Nonsense, BG has been up all day.

Re: Random FFXI-related chat

and now POL is working fine. XD

lies

Re: Random FFXI-related chat

lol. POL has been choked to death as usual by people trying to get the patch, throwing errors everywhere, etc, and only a handful of people have gotten in. So BG posted an rar of the patch files for people to download outside of POL. BG subsequently went down from all the traffic and now POL is working fine. XD

Re: Random FFXI-related chat

whats the job thats abbreviated RUN?

Re: Random FFXI-related chat

It has decent melee stats on it. If it had ranged accuracy instead it'd be a sure thing.
