With all people levelling new jobs and Xbox players, I doubt it can be empty as of the moment. It could have been a few months back.

Over the weekend my friend escorted me to Jueno. I haven't hunted in Qufim yet, but when I did a search Saturday morning there were 94 in that area. I hope there won't be issues finding a PT there because I HP in Jueno and I'll be stuck there until I hit level 20 for my Chocobo license

I was on a different Server for awhile before I switched to Unicorn the hard way.

Unicorn is definately "quiter" than the other Server and you can waste quite a bit of time just looking for a party. In fact, alot of the time I throw my flag up and read or something, unless I have a time limit for that night. Or now, I telewhore.

My advice, if you don't have alot of time to kill waiting on a pt, is to be proactive. Unicorn sems to hit it's peak NA time between 0700-0900 and peak JP time is around 2000-2200. However, I've partied at all times by atually starting one of my own and looking for ppl.

And for some reason, noone really likes throwing their flag up half the time, so don't be scared to ust do a /sea all job and ask ppl that are just sittin' around. It works 8/10 times.

I wish Qufim was empty. Soo many people have been crowding into Qufim and Delkfutt's there's hardly any mobs left to xp on. The emptiness must have been a while back because for the past month or two I've noticed an increase of traffic in the lower ares like Qufim and the Jungles.

Funny, everytime I'll play, there's hardly anyone there. Guess my timing is off then. What's the right time for an European player?

I was lvl'in my NIN at qufim about a week ago and there were 3 parties infront of the tower. Had to pt at the cliff. ^^

If given a choice, I think less people choose this server because they "prolly thnk da name is g4y".

But in reality, I couldn't be happier. Seems like gil sellers take a bit longer to take over spots on our server (until recently), our prices have never been the HIGHEST among the servers, and I can always find people when I need them.. (good people, normally...)

I couldn't be happier on any other server... There's such a high chance that you'll see another person you met before unintentionally. Of course I don't know if this is the same for other servers... but I really enjoy how nice and quiet it is. ^^

I had always thought that the server was empty because as a UK player I log on when the JP go to bed and log out around the time when the NA are logging in after work, but it seems that most people believe this server to be quiet regardless. I also don't get to play weekends very often either, which is when I believe the server peaks.

During my normal playing time there are around 1.7k ppl online but that includes mules bazaaring too. When I did a /sea all 1-75 lately (which eliminates anon players) there were around 700 people online. That's tiny as around Christmas time a friend made a char on Ramuh and found 7k players online. "Apparently".

This really does have its advantages - no one camps LL, occasionally you see someone camping VE, and there's hardly more than two people camping the Moldy Earring so you do sometimes have your run of the mill with NMs.

As mentioned though, the problem is seeking. I don't have a problem with COR, as this is one of the few jobs the JP are more than happy to snatch up in an instant regardless of your nationality but I had to shelve THF at L60 because I couldn't get parties nor were there enough people to start parties with. Not playing at weekends really causes problems.

Here's hoping that an influx of returning players when the new expansion is introduced repopulates the server allowing us to level jobs at a greater pace!

Uni never seems empty to me, just go to aht urghan and see for urself hehe there is alaways tons of peeps there, and not once have i seen qufim empty i have to usually fight for mobs there....
