Bloodtear Left A Present

So there we were in Lower Jeuno just getting ready for an EXP PT waiting for the BRD to come, when a buddy of ours alerts us that he just saw Bloodtear pop. A quick Teleport-Holla and a Chocobo ride later we have him.

Left us a nice present too: his Viking Sheild (see my sig for the 'condensed version' of the encounter).

Yes, I know he isn't the best or hardest HNM, but its still a big deal that we got the drop.
Props to the scouts for the quick sighting and claming.

So like....go buy the Viking Sheild at AH or something! Support some good players!

You know, a simple "congratulations" wouldn't hurt anyone. If you're saying he's just bragging, then it shows that you don't care. If you don't care, why post?

I suspect you guys have nothing better to do, and instead of camping for something in the game and actually trying to achieve something, like Redlimit has shown, you instead camp the forum looking to troll or simply flame Arvy.

Hate to say it but all is fair in HNM and NM claiming when they first pop. We happened to have a buddy in the area when he popped, so he claimed it. It only took about 2 minutes for us to show up and kill it.

And gee I apologise that it wasn't Genbu or Byakko or King Behemoth or anything but what do you expect from a low 60's MNK....

It wasn't the kill its self that matters (Bloodtear does kinda suck), what matters is we got the drop. Thats it. We got a Viking Sheild. I know guys who have killed him like 20 times and not got the drop.

Besides, gotta start your HNM career somewhere right?
