Probably your best bet would be to start one. There may be some players in other timezones (like Hawaii or Australia/New Zealand) who would like to run an event like that in some off-peak hours. For me, midnight on a work night is a no go

Actually, that would be after 2 AM on the east coast.

I don't know of any NA shells that operate that late. Lakshmi's dynamis shells coordinate their schedules on this board. You're probably more likely to find someone who can answer your question there.
