ive just turned lvl 18 and i read i can now pick a side job but i dont no how to do it dont no if i have to do a mission or wot so can some 1 plz help me out

Well, if you've been leveling in the Dunes, you should be somewhat familiar with the layout of Selbina. There's a guy on the water's edge in the town who will start the subjob quest for you. You'll need to bring him 3 items that can be obtained in the Dunes - damselfly worm, crab apron, and a magicked skull. Once you bring them back to him, you'll be able to set a subjob.
