account says i have content IDs, game says i dont.

Hi im trying to play the game, and the game is telling me i dont have any content IDs, however on my account its telling me i have Ids for the game, several expansions, and 2 character slots. any idea why the game is telling i dont have any despite this? :/ thanks.

Probably means you don't have active content IDs, you have to reactivate them from your Square Enix account.

odd, i just put them on there today, how do i reactivate them?

After you link your POL account to your Square Enix account you have to go to Service&Options > Select service > POL/FFXI > Options List and click on the characters you want to reactivate and hit the reactivate button.

If you don't have a payment method registered already it will ask you to register one.

pretty sure i already have. I keep trying to post an image showing that but it wont let me post it without a mod approving it. -_-

Im not sure i linked my account to my SE account though, pretty sure i did other wise how would i be able to log in?

Whenever i try to do the transfer account stuff it tells me my account cant be transferred either :/ wtf game.
