Part 1 - Back to the Cave
For my third adventure I decided to explore the cave I found on my second adventure more. I gather my equipment and set off for the long journey. On my out of the city I come across a great warrior. Checking his profile I see that he is a level 50 Paladin. He walked through the city, majestic like, turning everyone's attention to him. He walks into the weapon shop so I follow.

Quite a site, but I tell myself I must leave. It's already dark when I leave and in the distance I see a camp fire. Knowing from the past that usually Quadav type monsters gather around those areas, I prepare for battle.

I engage combat and cast my hold spells stopping them all in their tracks. Then I cast my Wind and Water spells killing them off one by one. After they die I run to the camp fire and take a little rest to regain my MP.

Once my MP is full again, I sit up and continue on my way to the cave. Then I see a bomb type monster. Never seeing one before I gladly run up to attack it. To my surprise, it was very strong. Once realizing this, I cast hold then step away from it's reach casting my water and poison spells. And if anyone is wondering, you can hit them more then 3 times with out them exploding. Resting right after the battle I am disappointed that I didn't have time to take a picture. So I made a note to take one before engaging in battle next time.
I get there after another 15 minute walk. Fighting any aggressive monster that attacks me. Then I enter the great cave again. This time determined to explore even deeper. Walking through the cave slowly, I make sure I only fight one monster at a time. As I didn't want to party with anyone so that I may receive every drop and all the experience. I only needed 1000 more gil for a new spell and 2000 experience for level 13! Each battle was giving me around 50-100 experience. Knowing the pathways from my previous trips here, I quickly end up in an area deep in the cave which I have never been. My body filling with excitement again, I come to a huge man made structure.

Then I turn the corner and see an entrance to some building. Dying of curiosity I can't wait to enter.

THEN BAM! I'm struck in the back by a Quadav type monster. I turn around in a hurry to cast my wind spell as it casts his poison spell.

Our battle continues, exchange blow for spell. I compare our HP and I see that will run out before his. I panic, unsure what to do as my hold spells continue to fail. Prepared for my death I fight with every last bit of my strength. But I then I hear the sound of a support and cure spells. To my surprise, I watch as my HP fills all the way back up!

With renewed confidence I cast my Wind and Water spells killing off the Quadav. Then turning around to give my gratitude I find he was fighting one of his own at the same time of healing me. With great respect I watch as he crushes his foes. One after another, as he had great power.

I came to realize that at level 12 I was far too weak to be battling here. As he was telling me I should be around level 20-22 here. Gladly taking his advice I set off to find some fellow adventurers so that we may explore this structure I just discovered.

Walking back up the tunnel I came from I saw my death. An Onyx Quadav appeared right in front of me. He attacks me first, delivering a devastating blow with what seem like a lightning after affect. Taking a third of my life, I quickly cast hold in an attempt to run but it fail. The Quadav attacks me again, shocked, I realize one more hit will kill me. So I cast blind to prevent the next attack but that fails as well. So then I await the next and final blow to finish me off. Remembering the name Onyx Quadav, so that I may come back for revenge... Then it attacks, and I die...
