Bonecraft Made Simple
What I am putting here is very similar to other bonecraft guides. A great guide that everyone should check out is the orginal sticy put in this forum. Don't just pay attention to what was listed to do for your leveling. The best information in that post if from the couple of people that basically kept a log of what they crafted, as well as the pros and cons of each synthesis. Bonecraft 101 (Forum Sticky)

Now, to read about what I am doing, note that there are similarities between this list and the Sticky. I skipped a lot of dual crafting for the purpose of saving some time and money. That is why I have listed both some Bonecraft and Leathercraft synthesis. The purpose of this is to help you get to you level 69 bonecraft / 31 Leathercraft so you can make what you all have been dieing to..... The Scorpion Harness.
A reminder, there is probably no one best way to get to your desired levels. Many factors play a role in this for example, how much certain items cost in AH and Guild Shops, your level, and your job (by this I mean whether you are a Theif with TH2 or not)
I farm most of the items myself if I can or if the item has a reasonable drop rate. I am a level 50 Thf/ 25 Nin when I farm

02-09 : Bone Arrowhead - Wind, Bone Chip x2
09-13 : Gelatin (Chicken Bone) - Fire, Distilled Water x1, Chicken Bone x2

(Note that I am showing leathercraft up to 35. This is to guarantee that you don't fail a harness synth due to lack of your skill in leathercraft)
