Looking for a crafting diagram for crystal vs. day

I ran across one of these forever ago, and found one but not the one i want. The one i'm searching for shows you which way to stand while crafting based on what day of the week it is, and which crystal you are using. I can only find one based on crystal color only, http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...ompass_pic.gif But i'm confused about whether, if i was using a light crystal and wanted more skill ups would i ALWAYS stand facing north or only on a certain day? Ouch my brain >_< any help or a link would be appreciated.
