I am at lv 35 and now i am having trouble finding places to lv up. is there a chart i can find or can some one tell me all the places you can go to lv at each lv

Garlaige citadel maybe, but the exp might be a bit too low for you so you'd be better trying Crawler's nest or altepa taking beetles, maybe Behemoths Domain taking bats too. Around that level there's quite a few places to level.

Generally you just seek in Jeuno, which can be pretty tedious, and the party leader will tell you where you'll be camping.

If you can't find enough to do in Jeuno to pass your time, just make sure your homepoint is there, that you take a Warp Scroll with you, and that you mention your homepoint in your search comment. That way, a party looking to fill a spot will know that you can join them in a hurry, rather than having to wait 20 to 30 minutes for you travel to them.
