You'll need:

Sky Access
CoP 8-3+

In the hall of transference there are 2 large aparatus.
The right one will give you a CS about a missing chip.

Go to a Gobline Vendor and buy 3 clear chips.

Install one of these in the aparatus' in every crag.
Now head to Tavnazian safehold and let the Taru Bard next to the bridge give you the title Warrior of the Crystal.
The title can be found under 300 gil.

Now head out to Ru'Ann Gardens and go to the green porter either east or west of the Shrine main entrance.
It will register you and you now have access to sky through the Crags.

(But at least I'm already in 8-3 so it's just a matter of stealth skill)

I added 1 chip to Holla and it was able to warp me up to sky. However, the chip shatters after my first use >_<

I think the shattering maybe a random thing. My friends I was doing it with, none of them broke theirs. And they only use 1 chip too.

Hmm, so maybe you have to randomly buy new clear chips?
Where does it take you to? The same spot where you start when you go through the hall of the gods?

If the chip doesn't break, you got sent to the green portal.

My chip broke and I got sent to the blue portal to the right near Genbu iseland.

A friend posted this on another forum... not sure who originally found the info though.

You'll need 3 Clear Chips found from 11-22 (closed Lightsday) at any of the Goblin Vendors:

* Blabbivix (Bastok Port, behind the Warehouses)
* Gaudylox (San d'Oria North, near Woodworking Guild)
* Scavnix (Windurst Walls, north of Heaven's Tower under the bridge)

Teleport to all three crags in no particular order. At each crag:

1. Enter the Shattered Telepoint
2. Click on large apparatis. "Appears to be hexagon missing."
3. Trade Clear chip. "Appears to be repaired."

Once you've "repaired" at all three crags, proceed to Tavnazian Safehold. Find Aligi-Kufongi at H-9, pay 300g and change your title to, "Warrior of the Crystal."


After you've changed your title, proceed to sky the old fashion way. Once in sky, head for I-9 (maybe G-9 too) to "register" yourself on the glowing Green porter which is above the Green "landing pads." (don't go down any stairs). When asked to use the port the first time, click "yes."

You can now teleport to any crag and use Large Apparatus to get to sky.

I think you'll need to repair all 3 crags before it is a permanent sollution.
If a chip breaks when I go up again through a crag I'm gonna be very disapointed in this sollution.

I do find that they put the bar for this quick access pretty high.
