Do you need the WP for yourself? In that case, pick a server that you'd like to join and post in that server's WP request thread. Shouldn't take long after that. If you're not particular about where you end up, then you can just create a character and get placed randomly. If you're looking for where to buy a WP in game, that's another story altogether.
