Cure Cast % - Can get same speed as Flash spell?

Back in the day, when I use to do alot of HNMing and what not, I was looking for ways to improve my WHM and my speed of casting cures.

Well, I remember figuring it out in my head about all the equipment + merits you could obtain at 75 that would allow you to effectually hit around 75% increased speed with casting Cure spells if you subbed RDM. This basically would end up giving you 1.5 second Cure's and 6 (or was it 4, I can't remember)second Curaga's that I can remember totalling, but its been well over a year now.

Anyway, just happened to be thinking about doing HNMs again and a friend of mine was discussing this with me. I wanted to get everyone's input on the situation.

Is my calculative theory roughtly correct? I'm at work right now and I prolly need to just sit down and figure it all out again lol.
