Don't make any mistake - unless your hit rate is capped (95%,) you can't afford to switch out Accuracy for other stats. Even if you can manage a 90% hit rate (which is very good) with less Acc and more Attack, you'd still want capped Acc for Rampage.

Let me put it this way. The odds of landing all 6 hits with 90% hit rate is 53.14%. The odds of landing all 6 hits with 95% hit rate is 73.5%. And from 90% to 95%, it's just a 10 Acc difference.

Add Acc until cap, THEN add Attack and then STR.
