Even though I'm quitting at 37 I was wondering if I should try using a xbow and acids. I still have my Zamburak +1, all my racc+ rings and such, as well as having marksmenship totally capped. I've been just using a long boomerang for the +2 agi. Not much, but better than nothing. Is a warrior's ranged accuracy useful enough to warrant a few shots with xbow?

It's usually worth at least trying, though. I usually shoot once or twice, and if I fail, I just keep fighting. Using Shield Break to open fights really helps, though. Just find it a bit funny of a pattern that the 4 holy numbers has a signicant point in this game. After lv. 3 you start to lose EXP, at lv. 7 the mobs tend to get stronger that you can't solo ITs, at lv. 37 more jobs start to become more specific to their abilities as party play starts to demand, and at 73 many jobs start becoming capable of soloing for decent EXP again.

Got to 36+, so I only have one more level to get tonight and I'm done with WAR (potentially forever). Besides horn rings is there anything else I'm not thinking of? I can't equip any of my Noct gear. I guess I could swith in drone earrings for the small boost that would give. P. charm really insn't an option, nor is Jagd gorget. Any other suggestions? Unless I'm missing something huge, looks like IM gear @40 is the next step up point for WAR. Of course, you're not taking war that high so you won't have to worry about it.
