Funnily enough the ending to FFXIII-2 was even worse than the ME3 ending. I think Square-Enix had a stroke of genius to release it just before ME3 as if they knew that the ME3 ending shitstorm would completely eclipse just how horrifically bad the ending to their own game would be. They even have the same shameless "Buy our DLC" promotion plug at the end of the credits too.
