Just think if one of your most favorite horror games/stories was never released in North America. That's what Siren 2 feels like, a masterpiece that took what Siren did reinventing the genre and perfecting it
(kind of like how Resident Evil 2 surpassed Resident Evil 1.)

one of the most incredible aspects of Siren 2 is how deep and complex it's story is woven into the gameplay, AND it's not
just another game that's centered on one or two characters. Siren games can have as many as 10 survivors!
Each with their own identity, personality, background, thoughts and involvement in the story's timeline of events happening in different parts of the scenario. It also has some of the MOST REALISTIC looking people in a videogame. The developers scanned real people's faces and applied them in a very convincing way. Fatal Frame's japanese people look like anime characters compared to this. even Resident Evil 5 looks like a cartoon compared to this!

but ya, this is a good time to share one of gaming's most valuable treasures. Europe received this game, that's why there are english options, but due to Siren 1's sales, it prevented Siren 2 from reaching North America. It really is a shame. It really would have been recognized as one of the greatest games ever developed, especially for a survival horror game.
It's not for everyone, but it's level of survival and fear, with intelligent, and realistic characters (not comic book heroes) is something really lacking nowadays.

The one who recorded those videos even has a good sense of humor. xD Thanks to them we can enjoy the complete game at least at an audience level, so it's kind of like watching an epic movie!
