I been playing a free browers based MMO called "Dead Frontier." It is a real-time post zombie apocolyptic third person MMORPG that is made in flash. I admit I am kind of hooked. At first I thought it was a grind but then I found some quests that give money and exp which makes things easier.

The only thing that is MMO about it is the AH. You either play single player or multiplayer. Multiplayer is 1-6 people go adventuring in the destroyed city.

Yea. I played it during its free run. It was a good game. It is still running, just costs money. Hence why I quit. I wanted a break from FFXI, but I didn't want to pay for a game lol.

I got Ryzom working, but I didn't like it very much. The customized spells were interesting, but everything else was rather poor.

Got to level 10 Hunter in WoW, tamed a Ice Claw Bear and made him my pet. Only got two days left in my trial, but liking what I've played so far, I'd need to work over this laptop a bit to make the jump, though. Mostly just need a bigger HDD

Being a RNG and BST, it was fun to play something that meets both in the middle in a way. Bear tanks, I shoot the mob. Dwarf levels up, bear levels up. Haven't gotten to use traps or anything yet. I'm gonna put some time into druid for the rest of the trail and see where that goes, though.

Also disappointed I couldn't tame a Rabbit and call him Dynamite. Rabbits cannot be tamed. WoW rabbits are just fodder for other wildlife, they don't even give EXP.

After WoW, its gonna just be SMT:IO and whatever other trials I can make work. Might go back to WoW, but still want to try what else is out there first. Exploring WoW has been really fun, though.

Yea, the customized spells where really good. I liked the farming as well. And you could actually get by in the entire game with out needing much money in the game. Everything you use is made from materials you can gather in about 2 hours, and can have maxed armor and such. But you can also customize the color of the armor. That was my favorite part about the crafting system. It was NOT boring like FFXI is now. where you can craft for an hour or so and not get a .1 skill.

Did you get off Newbie island though? Once you get off, and join a clan/Faction, it gets much better. As you can wage war against an opposing clan or faction. Even take over outposts.

I've currently been playing Aion and it's been a lot of fun so far. A little grind here and there, but nothing major. Beautiful looking game too.
