Even space elfs like Fanta and Pizza Hut, apparently
Destructoid - Phantasy Star Portable 2/Pizza Hut campaign is shameless

Looks like Phantasy Star is back up to its old online tricks. Pizza Hut and Fanta themed items will be in the the game. This is taking a page from the Monster Hunter Pizza Hut campaign in Japan, but its nothing PSO didn't do before it. I remeber MAGs that looked like copies of EGM magazine and such.

People that take the PSU storyline seriously - which is like three people - are crying about how this breaks the immersion of the storyline. I think the 2D stills of 3D renders and the acting already did that.

I look forward to smacking rappies with a pizza pan.

The really good news, though, is PS Portable 2 will support Infrastructure mode.

Crap, I always thought that Phantasy Star Portable was a remake of Phantasy Star which is why I never looked into it. I still want to play the Phantasy Star game for the DS (Phantasy Star Zero i think.).

Fanta is nasty as all hell...

Or maybe they just do something to it here, because my Dad said (we've only ever bought 2 bottles) it didn't taste at all like he remembered >.>

Tastes like the usual grape and orange sodas to me, just a little sweeter. Would be even better if they used pure can sugar, but then I can get Jones soda if I want something that sweet.

I can't drink orange soda. When I was 13 they did a diabetes test on me where they give you are SUPER syrupy soda to drink....it happened to be orange. At first, you are like "Oh ya I can drink this no problem..YUM!!" But as you get to the halfway mark you are starting to rethink that comment. By the end you just want to throw up and they won't let you. LOL You have to sit there for an hour or two and let it soak into your bloodstream, then they take some blood, and THEN you can go vomit your guts out. LOL

Ugh. I had a Sierra Mist from Wendys one day that had absolutely no carbonation in it. It was just all thick Syrup, I couldn't drink more than 3 sips.

I was once lucky enough to have gone to a restaurant that had put in JUST enough syrup that pepsi tasted almost like cherry pepsi. It wasn't too bad.
