The disorder itself isn't BS, but the fact that he's using it to gain attention is. I knew someone like that, who used their disability to get everything. Fuck those people.

In order to file suit at all, he had to find a lawyer who thought it was worth a shot. Since most tort lawyers work on contingency and only get paid if they win, they're not very likely to take on a case as hopeless as this one seems to be.

That's the main thing that makes me think there's more going on here than the media reported (cause that NEVER happens...)

He could have filed this on his own. It's not that hard to find the forms online and talk to his college buddies or family members about how to file. If he filed via a lawyer then its one that is taking a shot in the dark. Lots of cases like this get filed (and clog our legal system) with the hopes that it will be settled out of court because going to court costs companies like Sony big bucks. So the lawyer banks on a smaller payout but if he does dozens of cases like this that take little effort then its a big payout for him in the end.

He attended UCLA. I'm sure he knows what he's doing but that doesn't mean he'll win. If he does win it will be because Sony is trying to save a few bucks. It costs a lot of money to fight a case like this and thats probably why he's only asking for 55k. He figures that its cheaper to pay him to go away than it is for them to take it to court. He will NOT win the case on its merits.

And those videos are SO fake! LOL If I were enraged about mommie taking away my WoW account, I'd be trashing the entire room.....or better yet HER room! LOL
