Making fanbois giddy instantly makes your game crap, no exceptions! Not even you, Hideo! We see you scheming! I've wanted to see a few before. Don't ask, but if you want to do it, aim more for the romantic comedies than the dramas.

Oh, right. Nothing. Over here we have a game that's a crossover fighter with characters from other games crossing over into it. Pardon me while I'm stunned by the obvious hypocrisy here After Street Fighter Vs. X-Men, Marvel Vs. Capcom, Mortal Kombat Vs. DCU and others, I'm flabbergasted Nintendo would even consider the idea of inviting other characters into thier brawler. Then we have a game that was created to encourage user-generated content, with third parties seeking to put in their characters and make their own levels for people to buy. Where were these guys for Counterstrike or The Sims, hm? Oh, right, they'd have to do that for free like everyone else.

Because companies are incapable of profiting off things where there are already great free equivalents. Just ask Microsoft! Non-commercial software has totally kept them from being able to turn a profit. IE is so easy to replace that EVERYONE does it! Someone should also tell Nintendo to stop putting out Tetris games. Obviously nobody would buy them, with all the great free versions out there! |

Your argument is nothing more than "PS3 is fail and I'm not going to buy it and in that process shit on any game people think is goood for psthree!" Did Mario really need to get hyped/hype-up Ocarina of Time by allowing the player to see his and bowser's portrait inside the castle window? No no. They just needed the hype and money.

If anything, the toolset available to players in the Create Mode far deeper than most people have taken advantage of so far, and there are some ridiculously good levels out there. LBP's aim isn't to make creation limitless, it's to make it so more casual players can quickly put together a few quick and simple ideas, or for the more avid player can go nuts and spend dozens of hours creating an entire series of levels. It's not Garry's Mod or Unreal Editor. It doesn't claim to be and it's not any worse of an attempt at delivering a user-created content medium to console players because it's not essentially "limitless." For a game like this most of the things PC users can do with various editor software aren't even necessary.

Anyway, I don't play it as much as I should because this really is a great game. But this MSG pack, especially with the new tools and a paintball gun, yea, this is definately gonna be a great purchase. Makes me hopeful for the Sepiroth Sack in that it may be more then just a single character.
