Re: Nintendo DS

For the record, Elite Beat Agents is awesome. ^^

Also, DSi has no GBA port, so no Guitar Hero DS for you if that's what you're interested in. (Accessories such as the GH controller and rumble pack go in the GBA slot.)

Re: Nintendo DS

Personally I was underwhelmed by the DS. The majority of games I play on it are GBA games like the GBA ports of the FF games SE are cashing in on and re-re-releasing for the DS right now. Honestly SE, pretty sprites do not justify spending £40 (about $70-80) on a game that I already own as it is.

Not saying that the DS is bad, there are plenty of games you will like. If you like strategy games and RPG games then go for Disgaea DS. I personally prefer the PSP version because of multiplayer and the sound quality on the DS version is just plain terrible as well as everything appearing all squished and pixelated but it's still a great game and still a very good port nontheless.

You also can't go wrong with stuff like Pokemon and Advance Wars. Those games have been out for well over 13 years now (even longer for AW considering it started out on the NES) and there really hasn't been a terrible game in either series (Only counting the main series of Pokemon to avoid arguments here).
