Kind of a random question, I can't really find any info about this at the moment, especially not at work with filters and whatnot, and I was wondering if any of you guys knew:

I was really looking forward to this game, even despite the history of Gundam games and terrible controls(I think it's the same group that made DBZ: Budokai, and I think they did a good job on that game). A few weeks ago the NA release date was listed as 10/1/08, then a few days before that date disappeared, and now I can't find any info regarding the new planned NA date at all. Anyone know?

Yay Gundam topic so I'm gonna go off topic for a minute. Gundam 00 just started Season 2 and it looks like its gonna be great. The first Gundam series I remember watching was Gundam Wing and then G Gundam which I never saw all of the episodes since it was when they were coming on cartoon network back in the day. Last Gundam game I played was Dynasty Warrior's: Gundam which was fun as hell and sparked my interest in series that came out before and after Gundam Wing. Since 2007 I've watched Gundam Zeta, Rewatched G Gundam and Gundam Wing, Gundam Seed and Seed Destiny, Gundam 00 Season 1 and e01 of Season 2, Turn A Gundam, and 08th MS Team. I Still need to go back and watch Victory Gundam, Gundam X, Gundam ZZ, Gundam, and some of the sidestory movies. Lastly Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2 is coming out and its gonna be better, about 40 Playable suits, amount of pilots is unknown, and there will be boss mobile armors to fight as well.

Back on topic Mobile Ops: The One Year War - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia US is listed as N/A so they haven't released a date for us and now that I think about it I remember seeing that this game was coming out and it sounded like fun.

I'd been debating watching 00 myself but typically I only like UC Gundam series. I didn't mind Wing and thought Endless Waltz was ok but I hated G Gundam and never really got into Seed, I just prefer the timeline/characters/mobile suits/themes of the UC ones a bit more.

I've been waiting forever for some sort of online UC Gundam combat game, so I was super excited when I heard about Mobile Ops, then sooooooooooo fucking disappointed when they took away the 10/1 release date at the last second.

Yeah I think Gundam made me crave Mecha Anime

If you liked Heero from GW, you'll probably like Setsuna from Gundam 00, they are pretty much the same character although I think Heero is a little bit more computer/tech/machine oriented in mindset. Full Metal Panic's Sousuke Sagara is Heero's pretty much identical double but his seriousness makes him hillarious. SEED didn't get good until I think around episode 20 and Seed Destiny was good starting at about episode 2. Gundam 00's storyline about Setsuna as a youth reminded me of Sousuke's youth in FMP which is probably why I was so attracted to it. I think I only liked Turn A Gundam because it was different from all the other series.

I read some where that SeeD was a reboot on the concepts of the original Gundam series, while 00 was the same for Wing. Anyways, I'm eager to see how they'll handle season 1 release of 00 on SciFi this November =x Please give us good voice actors, please!

As for the game... curse you for making me have a rising desire for a 360 ._. Need more Gundam, naow v_v;

lol I saw they were gonna put 00 on Sci-Fi, be nice if they were in HD too which they most likely will. What is funny is, when I watched that list of animes, at first I only watched animes that had English dubs. After awhile I started watching subbed animes with JP voices, after I saw Code Geass Subbed [gg] version and then Dubbed on Cartoon Network, I really understood the difference. I think the JP voice actor for Lelouch was awesome, but the one for the English version was fail, I can't even watch them on Cartoon Network.
