Hey i was looking for a good dagger a while ago to skill up to Cyclone on and i saw something called Triple Dagger with a 1% triple attack effect my question is the triple attack added as a passive ability or do you need to be a thf for it to work and can you give me a rating of it from 1-10 that would help thx^^

your a rdm, get a platoon or hornetneedl(hell even a beestinger) for the 150 tp, and haste yourself and watch your skill go up quicker than the tripple dagger ever will.

i need something i can use for awhile and im 53 and dont get much help so beestinger is out the window

hornetneedle is lv. 46. same delay as beestinger but better stats.

how hard is the hornetneedle quest?

It isn't really a quest and unless you can find some help for it you won't be able to do it. Need to kill wespes(lvl 52-55) in Temple of Uggalepih till they drop Bee Larvae. You then trade it to a ??? which spawns death from above which can be killed at lvl 70 probably. For skillup I would just get yourself a beestinger, those dont cost much and have really low delay. For actuall dmg, not sure what I would suggest.

1% Triple Attack isn't going to do much for you. Once every 100 swings? <No thanks.>

Like those guys said- can't say much about triple attack. I got hornetneedle when I was 60 (was a late bloomer? xD), my friend picked up a bee larvae in farming for something and we killed the NM together. If you ever want to get it (which I HIGHLY reccomend) then you'll be spending a lot of time in uggalepih. Beestinger just has suckier damage, so I'd buy it. It's cheap and like level 7 or something.

Hornetneedle is 48 IIRC, by the way.

if you're just wanting to skillup, then just about any dagger will work... as long as you hit for more than 0 you're fine. if you need damage, use an enspell.

there's no need to go through all the trouble of getting a hornteneedle just to skillup >.>

This Dagger is worth it for RDM.

I've used this Dagger to solo Skill Up Dagger From Lv.100 to Lv.177. Haste, Enhancing Spell, and Dagger Damage is faster and more damage against an EP mob with High Def than a Sword. Gives me a good chance to skill up Enhancing magic as well. Keeping Phalanx, Stoneskin, and an Enhancing spell up at all times. (Enhancing Magic Lv.223, cap is Lv.229 for Lv.69.)

I've heard a couple of THF's off hand this dagger for TP gain, but for skill up, and RDM melee soloing, it's great. (Energy Drain & Energy Steal is actually helpful to for us in Skilling up against Crabs. 88MP back from 300% of either.)

I neglected to mention killing the NM, which can be a real pain in the butt. It likes to do Pollen moves for 1kHP recovered. Once you get it to 50% HP, it does this quite often. I went in over kill for mine. 3 Lv.75 people, 2 or 3 Lv.70+ and myself. I think I was RDM58 at the time.

WAR75 2hrd, 300% Rampaged it for 1700dmg, then Icarus winged and did another Rampage for 1200dmg. THF landed a 900dmg and then 400dmg from Skillchain. Fight lasted maybe 5 seconds. lol It was almost dead before it had time to agro me. lol

I've heard of a group of 3 Lv.60's take it down, it just was a pain at 50%HP. They had to drop a lot of damage on it fast finish it off.
