Hidden Effects on Daggers?

I want to know if any daggers have hidden effects. If so, which daggers and what are the effects? For example: The Company Sword does normally 46 damage. But in a full PT, it becomes 56 damage. That's +10 damage hidden effect which is activated for being in a full PT. Are there daggers that have hidden effects like this?

As far as i know no daggers have 'hidden' effects. And what i would like to know is how the hell are these so called 'hidden' effects proven to exist....Maybe all JP's got a thing going where they start rumours on cheap to make weapons so they can sell them for alot more..

Maybe with the company sword, they tested it out by killing a monster with a PT of 5 and with a PT of 6? Who knows...also the Elemental Staves have hidden effects as well.

buccaneer's knife has hidden water damage, but it sucks. oooh, ahh ;3

If you want proof of that get an Opo-opo Crown. First each something without it (something that shifts Stats like AGI, CHR, etc.. to see better) then wear the Crown and eat the same food again. You see a definate change from it, it's why it's a fairly popular Crown for people that rely on foods to improve their abilities even more.

I agree what Macht says . I was surprised when my friend told me that too . But I only know 2 items which have "hidden effect" Opo is 1 of them.

More stuff with hidden effects include the Kung Fu line of shoes which add to a MNK's kick damage.

And the big buzz hidden effect in the mage community, the elemental staffs. They each boost the coorsponding element spells by 10% and reduce avatar perpetuation costs.

I haven't heard of any other daggers with hidden effects though.

Meh...so we Theives pretty much lose out again on the hidden effects stuff. Oh well...at least a Thief is still one of the most fun classes i've played.
