Can anyone tell me the macro(s) they have for SATA +WS ? i'm confused about the distortion effect and all that, how you can make your own skillchain or if you chain off others for that distortion effect... sooo confused so if anyone could help, i'd appreciate it, thanks! 32th/nin |

There are different ways to do SATA macro along with the ws... I have: Ctrl 1: /ja "Sneak Attack" <me> /wait 1 /ja "Trick Attack" <me> Ctrl 2: /ws "Viper Bite" <t> I split up my macro b/c when i pull mobs i activate ctrl 1 and then when i need to Skill Chain i use ctrl 1 & 2. Hope that helps |

You can use it in just one macro too: /ja "Sneak Attack" <me> /wait 1 /ja "Trick Attack" <me> /wait 1 /ws "Viper Bite" <t>

Sorry for bringing up an old thread but I replied to a post under teh DRK section regarding macros and thought I'd post it here too cause I rarely see anyone mention this type of macros. <me> <st> macros can be cancelled by escape, I use this in most of my macros these days. /ja "sneak attack" <me> <st> <st> will pause this macro until you press enter /wait 1.5(or 1 or 2, whatever works for you) /ja "trick attack" <me> /wait 1.5 /ws "sickle moon" <t> Shorter version if you want to skip the /wait command: /ja "sneak attack" <me> <stnpc> /ja "trick attack" <me> <stnpc> /ws "sickle moon" <t> <stnpc> /recast ja"sneak attack" /ta <st> press ESC if not ready /p Ready to Backstab /ja "sneak attack" <me> <st> /ja "trick attack" <me> <st> or use /wait in between /recast ja"sneak attack" /ja "sneak attack" <me> <st> /p Gather for Prot&Shell ♪ /ma "Protectra" <me> <st><--- Waiting for everyone to gather /ma "Shellra" <me> <st>

Wow that is very useful Alontier, I never knew you could set up macros to work that way. Thanks for the info!

Do decimals work with the /wait command? I was under the impression that they would not...

| try /clock /wait 2.5 /wait 2.5 /wait 2.5 /wait 2.5 /clock to check your decimals ****** edit ****** Damn, diregard what I've written above. Same macro with decimals was working for me around a year ago but doesn't today. Something is fishy tho cause macros that wouldn't work with "/wait 1" works when I use "/wait 1.5" eg: /ja "trick attack" <me> /wait 1.5 /ja "sneak attack" <me> ****** edit ******
