Back in my taru thf days i probobly had a 7/10 or 8/10 steal rate.
Tarus have high int.
therefore, i think int. affects steal rate =)
Also, that was a good point about the thief AF having +int.. why have +int stuff on a melee job's armor? it dosent make sense, but in this case it does.



Oh yeah... and this is why everyone can stop asking what affects steal rate. thank you
