Fuidama and other THF stuff

hey,
im sorry for asking stupid questions, but im newly to this job and read along the forum and there are two points that i do not really understand.

first fuidama, what the hell is fuidama?

and..

all talking about staying behind the tank?? why is that? do performe a good sneak attack you got to stand behind the enemy and therefore you have to stay on the other site of the enemy than the tank does, cause it will figure on the tank.

tell me if im wrong.

Fuidama = Sneak Attack + Trick Attack

To do Sneak Attack you must be behind the monster.
To do Trick Attack you must be behind a PT member.

So, to do Fuidama, you must be behind a PT member that's behind the monster. So for this, you need 2 vokers; one that's facing the monster and a sneak buddy that's behind the monster.

Usually the sneak buddy should be the main tanker, because Trick Attack transfers the hate to the sneak buddy.

You can also stack Viper Bite with Fuidama to do more damage and transfer more hate to the sneak buddy.
