I eat Meat Mithkabobs to boost my STR and ATK, this is indispensable for IT mobs as it means you build up your TP much quicker for stacking with sneak.

Hm, how would str and attack help you build more TP vs IT mobs?

Anyways, I'm currently using +2 dex fish (Cheval Salmon) that I get quite cheap from kazham (500g a stack). Here's a small list of dex enhancing food:

Bastore Bream Dex +4, Mnd -6
Black Sole Dex +4, Mnd -6
Silver Shark Dex +4, Mnd -6

Bluetail Dex +3, Mnd -5
Crescent Fish Dex +3, Mnd -5
Gold Carp Dex +3, Mnd -5
Icefish Dex +3, Mnd -5
Noble Lady Dex +3, Mnd -5, Chr +3
Red Terrapin Dex +3, Mnd -5
Roast Carp Dex +3, Mnd -1
Roast Pipira Dex +3, Chr -1, Attack +14.5%
Roast Trout Dex +3, Chr -1
Sandfish Dex +3, Mnd -5

Cheval Salmon Dex +2, Mnd -4
Copper Frog Dex +2, Agi +2, Mnd -4
Dark Bass Dex +2, Mnd -4
Elshimo Frog Dex +2, Agi +2, Mnd -4
Forest Carp Dex +2, Mnd -4
Moat Carp Dex +2, Mnd -4
Ogre Eel Dex +2, Mnd -4, Evasion +5
Quus Dex +2, Mnd -4
Smoked Salmon Dex +2, Mnd -1
Tiger Cod Dex +2, Mnd -4
Tricolored Carp Dex +2, Mnd -4
Yagudo Cherry Dex +2, Mnd -4

Greedie Dex +1, Mnd -3

ATK generally determines how likely you are to hit as well how much damage you do.

Well that is what I have seen, the more you hit and the harder you hit for the more TP you build.

Afaik ATK only determines your damage and not your accuracy. Fruthermore the amount of TP you get per hit is based on what type of weapon you use, not on how much damage you inflict.

I would prefer meat mithkabobs over dex+ foods. First reason is because dex will only effect accuracy, and critical hits. Meat mithkabobs will effect how much dmg you will do per hit. Since a minor dex+2 stat boost will give you almost unnoticable difference with your sneak, it's practically useless. And dex will not effect how much dmg you put out per hit either. A meat mithkabob on the other hand will give me a difference on how much dmg I deal per hit and provide greater damage for fuidama too. I find that meat mithkabob+berserk+fuidama+viper bite deals more dmg than dex+2+berserk+fuidama+viper bite.

I eat meat mithkabobs too.

You can only do sneak and trick once every minute and +2 dex won't change much. Meat mithkabobs are better.
