Int effect Theif abilities like Stealing and Item Drop Rates?

I have heard Tarutaru are best at stealing and getting items and the only reason why I can imagine is because of high int. That would also explain why thief has Int as a rising stat.

Anyone heard of this before?

Actually the Mithra are best because of high DEX, the drop rate can only be affected by TH(Treasure Hunter) as far as i know..

TH affects rare/ex drops, INT affects steal rate.

I don't think there is a stat for drop rate.
