Where would be a good place for a level 13 thief to level. I have up to level armor and weapons (currently using a brass xiphos or brass knuckles I think, but either get next to nothing in experience or get killed.

Also, which is better to have +1 in agility or +5 evasion?

1. Get a PT and go to Valkurm. And use Grapples till level 33.

2. Get the evasion it's better in my opinion for the time being.
