I don't recall where I saw this, I believe it may have been over at BG. There is a glitch in Campaign Battles right now where if you summon an avatar, and then buy and set off a black mine with said avatar out their perp cost will drop to 0 for as long as that avatar is out. Odds are SE is fixing this in tomorrow's update though.

Isn't tommorow's maintenance for the event only? That's they normally do, quickly have one before any event.
